What can I say, very professional from the beginning, upfront pricing, great company to work with. Hey NWA are you tired of getting ripped off by the "BIG 3/4" HVAC Companies that are in our area, just so you can help them pay for their crazy Advertisement costs? Franklin AC, Plumbing, & Electrical is your answer. Service Fees can't be beat. Even the after-hours/weekends service fees are less than many companies initial service fees. Also if you want to SAVE between 5K to 8K on a new HVAC unit that is professionally installed and has same warranties as the big names, using same/similar equipment as the big names you will be satisfied with choosing Franklin. They have been my go-to company for over 3 years now. When we were having a minor issue with our water heater, we were told it needed to be replaced immediately by a "BIG NAME" company, ended up getting a second opinion from Franklin, no issues with the water heater and it is still working fine to this day. When the water heater does go out, I'll be calling Franklin.
