So it seems that Franklin AC,plumbing and electric got bought out by private equity firm! I’ve used them for years and was so impressed! Our air went out and of course I called them first! From the moment I spoke to someone it seemed different but I asked to get us scheduled because our air was out and it’s July hot hot! They sent someone and he was a very nice young man but it seems that now it cost 184 to thaw out a frozen line, 300+ to see if there’s a leak ….. we have been without air 7 days tomorrow and have paid a lot of money out to then receive an almost 4000 quote to fix the issue . So I’ve taken back my 5 star review and will on social media next! We are now using Osage Locally owned and very kind and helpful and after one visit we have a plan ! They will bring a portable air unit to help cool our bedroom until they can get us up and running Monday ! Grateful our neighbor recommended them
