Axell Morris arrived the next morning after I called Franklin AC when my unit quit cooling. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He repaired my unit in 1 1/2 hours, installed a switch so this wouldn’t happen again, and explained everything to me. I will definitely stay with Franklin for my repairs!
This is not my first time to give a review of Franklin Home Services. Their excellent service to my HVAC system began many years ago. I switched to this company because I lost faith in a previous long-term service provider. Franklin's technicians, estimates, second opinions, and honesty made my decision to switch easy. I am posting this review because today my technician, Brett Rutledge, came to give me my routine HVAC system maintenance for the summer. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with this tech, nor can I remember a service professional from any company in quite a few years who surpassed his work today. This is a new unit that I asked Franklin to install only a couple of years ago. Brett's thorough and meticulous inspection, cleaning, testing, answering questions, and photo documentation of his work today has again proven to me that Franklin and their employees cannot be beat, and Brett's work was impressive, even to this long-time customer.
