What the heck is a service call?

A service call is when we send a plumber out to help you figure out what's going on with your plumbing. Once he figures out what the issue is, he'll lay out the repair options and let you decide what route to take. If you want us to do the repair, he'll get to work on it. If you don't want to do the repair, you're only out the $19 service fee. That's a service call.

Do you work on water heaters?

Yep! We happily service all hot water heater brands, including tankless.

Do you clean drains?

Sadly not right now. That said, we have heard good things about Roto-Rooter so you might give them a shot if you need a drain unclogged.
