If you’re reading this, odds are pretty good you’ve got a sinking feeling in your stomach. Out of the blue, something you don’t think about much — your heating and air conditioning system — is not working. You're worried it’s going to cost an arm and a leg to fix, you’re not sure who to call for help, and you’re getting hotter (or colder) by the minute.
Here’s our promise to you: we're going to do a good job and we're going to do it at a price that is usually 10-15% less than the big corporate HVAC companies. Our whole business is built around that promise. It's why our service techs drive fuel-efficient vans, rather than gas guzzling trucks. It's why we shop every vendor for every material to get the best price. And it's why we invest in software that allows our techs to take the best route so that we can spend as little as possible on gas. We do all of this, and more, so that the price you pay is as low as possible.
That's Franklin.

A little background.
Franklin started because a few people thought most homeowners would rather spend less on their heating and air conditioning than more.
Quite a bit later — and after having been named one of the fastest growing HVAC companies in the U.S. — it appears homeowners by and large agree.
Many years ago, Sam Walton said it best: a business should charge what it needs to, not what it wants to — and that's what we try to do.
